Impression Dahongpao Co., Ltd. (Impression Co., 870608.NQ), a listed company on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), recently announced the winning bid results for the procurement of services from Hong Kong H-share listing sponsors, accountants, and Hong Kong legal counsel for the sponsors.
At an extraordinary general meeting held on June 18, Impression Co. reviewed and adopted the *Proposal on Fully Launching the Company's Listing Work on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange*, agreeing to officially launch the company's listing in Hong Kong.
Impression Co. (870608.NQ) was listed on the NEEQ on January 20, 2017. Its controlling shareholders are Wuyishan Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. and Wuyishan Tourism Resort Industry Development Co., Ltd., and its actual controller is the Wuyishan Municipal People's Government.
Previously, Impression Co. planned to apply for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange and signed a listing counseling agreement with Industrial Securities. Later, the two parties reached a consensus and signed the *Termination Agreement of the Counseling Agreement* on May 16, 2024. Industrial Securities submitted the application materials for the termination of counseling filing to the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau, and the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau on May 20, 2024
Currently, Impression Co.'s main business income mainly comes from the ticket revenue from the performance and operation of the "Impression Dahongpao" large-scale live-action landscape drama. The company's main product "Impression Dahongpao" is a large-scale landscape live-action performance that takes Wuyishan, a world natural and cultural heritage site, as its regional background and Wuyi tea culture as its performance theme.
The company mainly leverages its own geographical resource advantages and management and operation advantages. Through the procurement of professional drama copyrights, director-in-chief services and consulting services, and equipped with carriers and artistic presentation equipment such as rotating stages, light towers, sound systems, costumes and props, it integrates modern audio, lighting, electrical and audio-visual system technologies to form the core elements of the performance and operation of the "Impression Dahongpao" project, presenting this special artistic form of "Impression Dahongpao" live-action landscape performance to the audience. In addition, to make up for the limitations of seasonal fluctuations, single business format and regional concentration of the company's business income, the company has invested in two projects: tea soup hot spring and Dahongpao Experience Center, hoping that they can supplement the existing business in terms of seasonal offset, business format expansion and regional coverage.
According to Impression Co.'s annual report, the company's operating revenue in 2023 was RMB 143 million, and its net profit was 47.9827 million yuan.
